Hi Patrick. This seems to be a comprehensive site analysis. There are a couple of items that could be interesting to consider further .... you mention that there used to be a high poeverty and crime rate in the area, does this still exist? if so, why? and how does it compare to other areas where there is a similar building typology. The site analysis does not show any othering sporting facilities in the area, is there completely no other facilities like gyms, school sports halls, playing fields, etc. Even if there was none in a close(ish) proximity, it would be interesting to know how far away the closest actually is. The media that you referred to (i.e. the films) portry Red Hook as a place wehre normal society rules don't apply, how do you think introducing a sports/ rental centre might change attitudes towards Red Hook?
